Shipping Schedule for International Deliveries
- Every Wednesday & Saturday (before 6:00am EST).
- Cut off time for Wednesday delivery is Tuesday (6.00am EST)
- Cut off time for Saturday delivery is Friday (6.00am EST) - Any changes in schedule will be informed via email.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus & reduced amount of flights in many countries, kindly expect slight delays in delivery.
- A test delivery was made to Australia (5,000 km / 3.1k miles) and the delivery took 2.5 weeks to arrive.
- For comparison, distance between Malaysia to United States is 14,000 km / 8.7k miles.
- Urgent orders are not recommended as it is estimated for the delivery to take about 2.5 weeks to 2 months.

- Free shipping is applicable for all orders above $25.
- All shipping is inclusive of tracking number, it will track the movement of the parcel from Malaysia -> airport -> destination country -> your address (if supported by your local post).
Missing Parcel / Parcel Did Not Arrive

Refund Policy
- Refund is possible if you are dissatisfied with the quality of stickers or if damage occurs during shipment. Do contact to discuss further on the refund process.
